How to improve your #reading experience with simple, smart tips.

Reading is a great hobby and choice for our mental growth, it feeds us up with big thoughts, tours our way, inspires us, and changes our perspectives. Being a reader is the biggest leap you could ever make for your personal development and the experience of reading is much informative, exciting, and enriching for us, but sometimes we miss some of its benefits, we easily get distracted by many points and #ideas and we take much time processing them due to the lack of some fundamental #techniques that we are going to mention and detail in this post and that will add value to your experience, make it more efficient and smart.
So what makes reading a book efficient?

Tip #1 - Set reading goals
This first tip is much more important than it sounds, you better have clearly identified destinations and awareness of your needs, reading is a development process, even if you read fiction, you can set as simple goals as if you were reading fiction, for example, your goal could be building vocabulary, extending your imaginary and horizons, or sharpening your capacity of expressing and describing.
Tip #2 - preview the text you read
you probably have to trust your speed of comprehension, because a quick general look will uncover a lot of points for you, and you'll get to know what you're up to read, which partly helps in making the decision if you want to keep reading or not.
Tip #3 - Take notes as you read
a highly recommended method is to write down, highlight, and underline the main and important key ideas, you'll gain a better understanding of the written text, structurally build notes and observations help you fix your attention and not get distracted, as it will keep aware of the flow and directions of thoughts. taking notes is a basic tip that you should try, it'll clarify and outlines the general and sub ideas along the experience.
Tip #4 - visualize what you read
this is a pro tip, creating visual representations for instance charts, tables, or diagrams can both help you fully understand and easily remember ideas. do it in your own style and make it creative and engaging for you.
Tip #5 - Apply by summarizing
After finishing the book, summarizing is essential, it's like recalling all the important points, framing key ideas, and a final formula you can always return to. However, while writing a summary make sure it includes steps you can apply, something practical you keep on track of, you can take a look at the summaries I have written and you can also make your own.
