Free yourself from your mind
thoughts: thoughts aren’t exist, they are created by our minds
watching the thinker: a part of freeing yourself from your thoughts is to watch them, watch the voice inside you and become aware of it
your mind is a super tool but it’s not you, you use it and it doesn’t use you
Enlightment: in enlighted state you still use your mind when it’s needed but in a more effective way, you transform from thoughts to stillness from mind to no-mind where you allow your thoughts to apear and rise above them.
The way out of pain
there’s an important point you should be aware of that pain comes from nonacceptance, which means the more you accept the now, the present moment the more you are free of pain. We tend to look at time at three parts: past, present, future but there’s only the present so whatever it contains try to accept it.
There are negative feelings , emotions and thoughts that if you didn’t observe them they can turn to pain, some of these signs includes: unhappiness, anger and depression.
Remember that pain only feed in pain, it cannot be feed on joy and to overcome it all you need is to be present enough, be the scilent watcher: “focus your attention on the feelings inside you know it’s the pain-body, accept that it is there”
Move deeply into the now
Time isn’t precious at all cause it’s illusion, the precious thing is the now, the present moment. Ask yourself: is it possible for anything to exist or to happen outside the now? absolutely not, nothing exist outside the now, our mind just obssesed of the the time to escape the present moment.
break the present-moment resistance and step into the now, make a pracrice to move your attention from the time illusion to the now do it as possible as you can everday, if you find it hard you can start by observing the habitual tendency of your mind to want to escape from the now, just be the sceilent watcher, the moment you are not in the present moment, you are present.
Being obsessed of the fruit of your action prevents you from enjoying the journey and enjoying being ,so give attention to the action itself and the fruit will come of its own accord.” when your deeper sense of self is derived from being, when you are free of becoming as a psychological need, neither your happiness nor your sense of self depend in the outcome, and so there is freedom from fear”.
What is the power of now?
it’s the power of the your presence , and your consciousness liberated from thought forms, so deal with the past in the level of present, transform your attention from the past to the now, cause by giving attention to whatever you give you energize it, give the moment your fully attention watch your behaviors, actions, moods, thoughts, emotions, fears and desires watch them all non judgmentally, critically or analytically then you are dealing with the past and dissolving it through the power of your presence.
The state of the presence
state of presence free you from thoughts if want to check this quickly try the following: close your eyes and ask yourself:” I wonder what my next thought is going to be?”
probably you had to wait long till a thought came up and that’s hte idea. As long as you are in the state of presence, you are free of thoughts.
waiting also helps, we mean the esoteric meaning of waiting of course, it’s not about the future at all it’s completely about the now, your attention will be focused on the now this kind of waiting requires a total alertness, you know that something could happen at any moment so you have to be awake.. you have to be in the now.
The inner body
The body can become your point access into the Real of being.
Connect your body: try this direct your attention to your body, feel it from within is it alive? Focus your attention on a part of it such as your arms, Legs and feet one by one, what are they sensing what are the surfaces they are touching, just feel it.
Have deep roots within: The key is to be in a state of permanent connectedness with your inner body to feel at all times.” Feel your whole body from within, as a single field of energy, as if you’re listening or reading this with your whole body . Let this become your practice in the days and weeks to come.
Slowing down the aging process: when you become identified more with the timeless and your body then with the outer body, When presence becomes your normal mode of consciousness and the past and the future are no longer having your attention, you don’t accumulate time anymore in your psych and in the cells of the body.
Forgive before you enter your body: place your attention on feelings and emotions in check if your mind is holding on any negative feelings, memories, emotions and let them go.
Stretching the immune system: The more consciousness you Bring your body, the stronger the immune system becomes. It’s not only your physical immune system that becomes stronger but also you’re psychic immune system is greatly enchanged as well.
